Technical question for Phone-nav. antenna ?
I think Phone-nav. antenna at the rear top of the car,W204, is Ugly and not good looking (in bmw, it is at the same point too )
my question is ; Technically, It is possible that Replace it inside - non-seeing place of the car ?

The fin or antenna your speaking of on the roof is for the navi/tel-aid system, if you don't have either one, it might be possiable to remove it and have a body shop fill the holes and paint. That sounds like a lot of work though.

ismeto,
As I understand it you are asking if you could move the antenna inside the car. I believe that it would not work inside the car. I currently have a Tom Tom portable Nav system and if you place it on the armrest instead of in the front window you rapidly lose the satelite signal.

Yes you are right probably it is interested satelite signal that it must be seen directly --probably mb engineers think that -
