wierd streak mark inside instrument glass panel

LOADED 08' C350 & 14' GLK-350 Diamond White (P1, MM, AMG Pkg, Ln Trkng, Htd Sts, Keylss Go)
wierd streak mark inside instrument glass panel
inside the spedometer or instrument glass/plastic, there is a wierd looking streak that looks like condensation got inbetween the glass and the instruments.... only notice it in certain lights... pretty cheap that MB would not make this air tight...
think the dealer should fix this for free???

Make sure it is not a light reflection before going to the dealer.
Something similar happened to me the other day and it was driving me crazy untill I realized the angle of the instrument cluster produces that condensation-like reflection from lights.

I had a similar experience and I thought I saw a distinctive line across the instrument cluster and then I realized it was the sun that caused the reflection.

On the other hand, I saw the entire top side of my dash reflected on the windscreen of the TL. Now, that was annoying.

agreed! found out this morning that in daylight there is nothing there, and it must be some wierd internal reflection from one of the instruments dial's illumination...
