I think there is something not quite right about my driver's seat back. It feels like something is out of place. Lumbar support adjustments don't help.
The passenger seat doesn't feel this way.
Does anyone know how to remove the rear of the driver's seat for a closer look???

Two reasons.
The first one is that I don't have alternate transportation and rather not sit in their waiting room for many hours.
The other one is that there may be some way to improve the comfort of the seat beyond original design and by being able to see how its constructed couldn't hurt.

I'm not sure that they offer loaners as I didn't buy my car from them.
In any event, I'm interested in seeing the construction as there may be some way to improve upon it.
