Those who have Installed Aftermarket HID Kits
How did you drill a hole into the headlight housing plastic cap?
that little grip/handle makes it awkward to drill a 1" hole. most dust caps on other cars are flat, so you can just drill through the middle.. but ours has a little handle in the middle.
so how did you drill through that? did you drill around it?

When I had my R class the kit I got for it had bigger balasts that had to go outside. On that one I drilled the holes off center and immediately next to the ridge.
