Question Poll-Paddle Shifters

Alright, I know that we are all thinking it, but I will say it. How much do you want to have paddle shifters available for the 2009 model?

I could use the paddles... since I use the manu-matic shifter on a regular basis. I miss the dedicated controls, like in my IS300 and TL, as I just can't get used to the ones on the MB/Chrysler systems.

Although I do have one concern. Are the paddle shifters actual paddles in the same style as the AMG models with up shifts on the right and down shifts on the left? or are they merely buttons on the steering column itself? Pictures would be appreciated

Got paddle shifters on my 2007 Honda Fit Sports and never really used them after the first couple of days when it was brand new.

Our C55 also has it, so I really won't get too excited if it becomes available for the W204 in 2009.

Happy motoring to you all. It was snowing heavily in Vancouver this afternoon and our trusty FiT made it back home without problem.

+1 My RDX has them

I was saying to a friend, it's the one thing missing.
