On the instrument cluster you can set a 10 second delay for the lighting inside after you exit the car. I'm pretty sure this is referring to the "ambient" lighting and not the overhead reading lamp. Probably refers to the lights on the instrument cluster. Anyone else use this delayed feature?

It's the overhead lighting. RTFM.

The delayed lighting you speak of is for when you lock and unlock your car. It is commonly refered to as coming home lighting. It is usually turned on as the default setting.
