Difference between Agility and advanced agility?

My car comes with the Agility package. And I am looking to change the springs. First is this advisable? I saw a H&R package for less than 300USD. Thinking of it.

Advice?

Well from what I understood. That the agility package changes the "bouncyness" of the shocks.. Hard driving and fast stiffer shocks. Slow casual driving softer. However the ADVANCED, is settings. So you choose what dampening you want. I heard springs are ok because they effect how highlow the car sits.
