Wow! That sucks! Good thing the weather has been warmer in the last couple of days.

Did the dealer find the culprit of the problem with the blower? Or was it just bad luck?

I had a couple weird issues, but they resolved themselves:

1) The power mirrors stopped folding in when locking the car, even though it was still enabled. Finally just started working again.

2) today I turned car off and radio kept playing even after I pulled key out. Went out 1 hour later and still going. Don't know? Inserted key, pulled out, and it silenced it.

mac911 -- Not sure where you are located, but I had a similar problem with the folding mirrors. But the culprit was ice. It seems that if there is the slightest resistence, the motors will stop trying to fold the mirrors.

I have a problem.

I can't stop looking at it.

And I don't want to get out when I'm in it.

+1

My wife thinks I am weird because I stand at the window looking outside.
(She probably thinks there's some hot girl walking the dog)

Yeah same here. One evening I even went out and listened to Larry King Live in it, instead of watching.

Yes. Our sunroof is very loud too. It doesn't sound like a lubrication issue....just a loud motor/mechanism. Little dissappointed in that.

When you guys start your car for the day, go from park to drive, and start to backup or pull away, do you hear a bit of a strange sound in the transmission? Not a bad sound, but a sound?

Every now and then, again I drive the car 1% of the time as it's my wifes car but.... for some reason when I drive it and I'm coming to per se a stop. If I don't make a complete stop but just sort of roll 2 mph or so then lightly apply throttle imput I will get a sudden lurch as if I'm in the wrong gear or something (Hard to explain) my wife says it never does it to her and she looks at me funny when the car does it to me as if i'm doing something to provoke it. Other than that I still have a whistling rear passenger side glass division bar at 68+ mph that I just haven't had the time to deal with yet and the factory installed one of the rear spats on wrong still got to deal with all this thinking of waiting till the first oil change. otherwise a happy camper and great car.

I notice the car automatically hold the brake everytime I wanted to change from say a D to R or vice versa, if i do it rapidly enough the brake still hold while i'm ready to move, a bit of nuisance but i guess i just have to be patient .

Sunroof is noisy but i think it's the plastic flap around the sunroof that's making a noise, more noise when tilted compare to sliding, the motor itself is pretty quiet.
