Lightly Modded C300
A friend of mine just got a White C300 without Pano, and wanted to get the "look" of the Pano roof. So he went and got his roof and sidemarkers painted, Dual Tips, debadged it and got 19s for it. Heres some pics he sent me

that is like the setup I want to go with, black rims with polished lip.
Did your friend also paint the atenna ? that is what it looks like from the picture. If so, did it affect the sound quality of the radios at all ?
Btw, what rims are those ?

curious about ur tips?? did u replace the whole muffler or just the tips, and if so what muffler system did u use, and where did u purchase??

I'd rather have a black roof than a Pano roof. A lot VW/ and Audi tuners have been doing the black roof on white and red vehicles. It looks great.
An inexpensive and reversible alternative would be vinyl.

How come the POSER POLICE is not jumping all over this guy for faking the pano? If there's no glass on the top, don't drive around with a black roof.

I know a few people who have painted their roofs black.
sometimes it's cause the pano roof isnt available and painting the roof just adds a certain ''sleek-ness'' to the car!
maybe this dude took what was on the lot or got a great deal on this particular car! so he painted the roof!
