Europe map on us spec?

Europe map on us spec?
I have a us spec c300, but currently reside in Germany. The navigation is hard drive based but when I read the optional accessories book, I saw a cd/dvd for the APS navigation "Europe". Does anyone know if I will have to erase the us maps first or could I just load the DVD?
btw I dont want to erase the us maps on the hard drive >.<
