Key Fob
So with this said my complaint is - I wished they could have outlined the figures in white so my 43 year old eyes could see them better.
Any others feel this way, or am I just dumb and blind....? Don
t answer the last part of the question.

They could have recessed some of the buttons a bit better. I don't have this problem with my XC70 (though the switchblade key part is always out!).
As to older eyes, just don't press the red part!
not flob
and also theres a picture of a lock, and a picture of one that is open
and a trunk lid? so i dont get it?
The reason why you don't get it - most likely you're "near-sighted". I am far-sighted. So for someone like me, it's not the easiest to see. If they had put little white outlines of each figure it would be more easily readable by blind people like me.
I do understand the Open Lock, Closed Lock, and Trunk Open symbols. I said I was blind not stupid.....

I'll get there soon.... Maybe I'll break 1000 miles too. I've only filled it up twice so far in 2 months.
I used to do that on my S-Class.
It does take time getting used to
I too had problems not knowing weather the left or right button was for the door.
because I valet my car at work and at home
I rarely use the button to lock the door.
But I will get used to the key soon. As blind as i am, I should be able to read brail. HA...
