Hey.. I am only at 950mi but at 30mi i started noteing things that i would have the service dept take a look at, so far i have:
1) that weird banging noise the car makes when in idle, and sometimes at startup. (sounds like on old ford)
2) lube the drive side door handle b/c it squeeks.**
3) lube the side mirrors (both)**
4) The mirror on the driver side door shakes when closing the door.(not suppose to happen)
I know a lot of the guys think that i am being a ***** about all these things, but the job of the service dept is to make sure you car works the way it should. Also, this is a Mercedes... not a honda..... Were aiming for perfection here.
**- These lube jobs, and problem similar to this are always free of charge at my lexus dealer, so the policy should be the same over at merc
Let me know how it goes, I havent gone to service yet.

The Dealer will check it out and I'm sure they'll find something under warranty that they can charge to MB. But if you heard any unusual noises I would let them know. Try moving the steering wheel side to side quickly and see if there are any knocks or noises.
