This is my final report My problem is finally fixed! Now my C300 is tracking straight like my previous 06-C280. The service manager really took my complaint seriously and solved the problem. The wheel was found off-center (out of spec). After this and some other adjustments, the improvement is apparent. He told me that because of the geometry, changing the caster angle is not recommended. 2 weeks after the delivery, I can finally enjoy the ride.

Make sure the dealer verify the steering as well as the alignment. Unfortunately, I don't know about the squeaky noise. Good luck.

My car is back at the dealer today to fix my pulling issue, it got better since the allignment but i was still not happy with it. Dealer did another allignment and were not satisfied after the road test. SA called to ask to keep my car until tomorrow to ensure that they get it right. They have centered the steering wheel and the car still pulls to the right. They told me that they had to order more bolts as MB does reuse them but change them for the tie rod. (I have no idea what that means).

BTW: I complained about the reverse lag and the shyness fo the car to pick up speed when on hwy on ramps. So they did tell me that they did a ECU and TCU software update and advised that it is engaging reverse immediately now and seems to pick up speed much better as the ECU changed the throttle timing. (Again I have no idea what that means) but I will check when I get it back and will know if I am happy or not.

2008 C-350 Palladium Silver and MM.
Mine has always driven very well. I just had my B service and I had them align it just to make sure that tire wear continued evenly.
