That said, it leaves me in another quandary: the test was about the CDI220 and the 350, both fine cars, but the 300 is not mentioned.
What, is the C300 the ugly step-sister in the C class? Is it the engine allocated to North America in place of the diesel v-6? Better stated: what might we expect from a tune of the 300? If the article is a good indicator, a 10% increase in hp might bring us up into the 245 hp range? Maybe the suspension tuning would be the better route? (Especially if the 300 engine is about the same weight as the 350.)
