New Look for my C300

Made a few changes to the C300 today. I have added Overlays to the headlights, sidemarkers, and mirrors. The headlights have smoked eyelid overlays and a smoked strip added to the bottom. Let me know what you think.

Looks nice if i may ask where did you get the smoke strips for the dreaded front parking light ?? I have steel grey so sticking those on would look so much nicer than the amber markers now ?? Whoever and whenever someone comes out with those clear markers are gonna make a ton of $$$ because i think we're all waiting on those to get rid of the ugly ones now

I made each overlay. I do all my own overlay work as well as other cars.

Next is the Tail lights!! I still need to get to work on those.

I am a fan of it all minus the eye brows. I actually like the look of the eye brow lights at night. You should sell your products to the members here. They look GREAT. Thanks for sharing.

You will be able to find them on eBay soon.
If I was to sell them on these forums I think I would need to be sponsor....not sure?

I am thinking of a full mirror overlay and a Carbon fiber finish mirror overlay like the smoked one in the pictures.

Hmmmm.....Maybe a side marker with the Mb star cut out of it. That would look nice if the lens was clear.

Do you have any pics more zoomed out? I'm curious what the big picture looks like.

Nice job on the overlays, BTW

No, that is definately not a dumb question. The light transfer rate of this material is 85 to 90%. I will take some pictures at night with the eyelids lit up and the amber lenses lit up. I also have a light smoked material that would work well for the amber lenses too. I am working on some color matching for the mirror lights so that a cleaner look can be created. Black and white are a given, I have black an white material but silvers, reds, and greys are hard to match.

Here are the Carbon Fiber Overlays that I did for the mirrors today!!

I just wanted to show that this material allows the light to shine through really well.

I absolutely like it. I would probably think it's much nicer on Palladium Silver and black. If you are planning to ebay/sell those side markers and both the eyelid top and bottom parts, let me know. I'll be the first to pick them up.

it would be great if you could make these for the dome lights (if enough light shines thru)...the white plastic against the black headliner and controls looks hideous.
