How to take off battery cover?

I want to look at my battery, so trying to get the cover off without breaking anything.

The two clips to the left and right are easy to take off, but what about that strange clip in the middle?

Once you do the two side slips, what's the next step? Thanks so much.

Yap Take of allk three clips and jiggel the cover till its free, The cover is actually part of the passendger air intake. It come off easily but is bt fiddley gettuing it back. Just dont force it.

You will do fine.

Thanks. I don't understand how to take off the middle clip though. It's different, and I don't want to break it (like I did one of the snaps on the front engine cover) .

Many thanks for the information. I guess I'm close.

Just flick the middle clip off. If you look closely one end is the hinge and the other end is the hook. Just tucg it and it flicks off real easy.

Cheers
