I run with lights on both day and night. During the day, they are a good safety feature, especially on rods with alternating sun and shadow (which I use daily). Also, I want to use every means possible for the giant 4x4 pick-up trucks to notice that my car is actually there on the road.

i too would use it only if it was a low output of the high beam bulb.

2011 BMW 335xi titanium silver.
It would have been nice to have the fogs as DRLs and then turn on the main Xenon lights if you wish; similar to the older B6-7 Audi A4s. With that set up, I went through a set of bulbs (left, then right) over the course of 6 years.

Too bad here in Canada I have my Xenons on all the time; if not, then I can turn on the eyelids with the Polarg bulbs
