2008 or 2009 model?
I ordered my car a month ago & will be delivered in august.
As i see a lot of people talking specifically about "2008" or "2009 models,
i"m wondering which one i will get..?
(As it was never discussed/mentioned when i ordered it)
And... what's the difference anyway?

Seems that you and I bought the '08 at the same time, my dealer called me 1 week after the deposit and told me that they couldn't order me a '08 anymore. I just recently received an e-mail that my name and a vehicle production allotment was in the MB system.
Call your dealer and ask, they've probably done the same thing as my situation but are reluctant to tell you due to unsureness of the MSRP for '09 model year.

i ordered my car via a lease company.
i did visit the dealer, but they are not to interested to talk to me
as it is not really a sale for them, but purely "delivery".
(quite arrogant *******s really LOL)
So i don't think i'll get any info out of them....
but is it really important? i mean IS there a difference between 2008 & 2009?

MSRP......Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, MB gives the dealer a suggested price then the dealer creates their own invoice
P.S......My aunt lives in Marseille, France, but unfortunately I never had a chance to see her b4 she passed away.

Why dont you go to the guys that sold you the car, Oh cus they dont know anything about it right. Thats one of the things you pay for when you are buying from a dealer, but you are all about money, and complain when you cant get the service

Excuse me but what the F are you talking about?
I am LEASING a car, not buying it. and here in Europe it is common practise
that you do that with an external (lease) company.
I do have the choise to tell the lease company at which garage i want the car to be delivered.
And that garage does profit from that, even when it's not a real sale for them.
and guess who's going to do the maintenance on my car?
Yes, that same garage!
Now, if we can get back to the original question?

Now, im sorry for being a bit hard on you. I think you might be missing my point. when you go and ask a sales guy for help, they are spending there time with you when they could be working for someone who may buy a car from them.
Sales is no easy job, and I aswell as other sales guys take offence when you make comments like its rude to not help someone who is just useing them anyway. We dont expect to sell everyone, we just dont like to be used.
When you dont buy from them, you are basicly saying I dont need or want your service, it is not worth the money to me, them you ask the same people for help. Do you see what I mean.

We dont get that car here, so I cant tell you the diff. But based on our cars, there will likly be a mulit media option ( usb, Aux-in, iPOD ) ports in glove box. optional burl wood trim on all variants, New rear view mirror compass, and standard sport pack.
