I like the colored grills. The sport is just a bit boring for me. I don't like the hood badge or the grill. I was thinking of blacking it out, but these OEM colors look better.

Any pics with the chrome gone?

Does the paint chip? I had color matched grille for my BMW, looked great for the first month after that it was riddled with rock chips. I ended up going with ABS black plastic grill.

Is the first red one @ Walters MB in Riverside? if so I saw that car and was blown away at how good the grill looked.

a lot of preparations needed before grills or anything in the front of the car is painted, and choosing right components. I started painting grills since 2003 aon several vehicles, and never had a chipping problem. I even color matched mesh, and it was fine
