C63 headlights on W204 sport

does anyone know or has anyone tried installing the C63 headlights (black casing) on their C300 or 350?

does it fit? or will I need to wait for a aftermarket release?

Just get Laminix Tint Films for your P2 headlights and you're set.

I thought the same too but it won't look as good as the C63 ones. Nonetheless, it's way cheaper.

I wouldn't be so quick to say that it fits for sure. I learned my lesson already here on this board that parts from a P1 package car won't fit a P2 package car. Keep in mind that a C63 has different front quarter panels, a different hood, different grill, and different bumper...so to assume the headlights are the same could be a stretch. Although I will admit from the naked eye they appear to be very close and wouldn't make much sense to have different headlights..but then MB never does anything that makes sense when it comes to switching out parts between the models.

What parts on a "P1 package car won't fit a P2 package"? I understand there are differences between a C300/350 and a AMG C63 but not between the other two.

I think they'd fit.

My bad..I meant to say you can't add p1 or p2 parts to a base car, they don't prewire everything like they did in the w203. For instance, you can't add the day night mirror as an option on a base car or intergraded Sirius radio, you must order the P1 package for everything to work. That said its probably the same way with the Xenon lights and the fold down rear seat of the P2 package.
