Anyone know how to configure the Nav to mute your music on audio Nav prompts? Seems silly that the Nav does not do this by default. Maybe a software upgrade is in order.

According to my service adviser, there is no way to do this. He said that there have been a lot of complaints about this. I usually mute the driving instructions anyway, as the constant prompting for a turn drives me insane. I miss the older MBs that allowed you to choose how much prompting you wanted. I wonder if the dealer can change the prompting level in the diagnostics....

I know it does not mute, but you can adjust the volume of the nav prompts to be louder than the radio - all the way up to the point where it more or less drowns the radio completely.
Just adjust the volume up whenever the nav woman is talking. The system will retain that higher volume for the nav. Conversely, you can also adjust the nav voice down.
