I just picked up my new C300 yesterday with the stock 17s but the 18s look so good. Does anyone have any original 18s for sale or know where I can find some?

But if you didn't order it with the car, I don't think the cost justifies the... anything. It'll cost too much for new OEM AMG 18"s. For that price, you could get a whole lotta wheel from other manufacturers.

You could lurk around the Classified section of this forum for someone who has gotten a new set of rims and is willing to part with his AMGs for cheap, I guess. If you don't mind buying used, that is.

If you want new, I'd suggest you look into other options. Just not worth it, in my opinion. Good luck with your search.

Having done very thing with my C300 Lux, I can tell you that if you buy these wheels new and have to buy tires besides, even with a big discount, you will spend $3500. My stock wheels have been relegated to winter tire duty. Then there is the question of the tire pressure sensors, thoroughly discussed on another thread.

But, recently someone on this forum virtually gave away a set of 18s with the mediocre OE tires which would be OK for a while. So, something may show up, sooner or later.

Keep an eye out for C63 wheels as those guys may be selling and upgrading also. Not split spoke like the 18" AMG option for us but a nice 5 spoke design all the same.
