Humor: Cargo Net Self Install Howto
Alrighty - I've come up with a simple self install howto guide for the trunk cargo nets... so here goes!
Step 1 - Order full set of cargo nets (trunk floor, side and sill)
Step 2 - Open floor cargo nets and discover that unless you ordered the P2 package you do not in fact have the D-rings that the net connects to. In which case, return to dealership and order extra parts.
Step 3 - Install floor cargo net. Check.
Step 4 - Open side and sill cargo nets from packaging and begin reading... Allow me to translate the necessary tools:
Tools required:
Power drill
4mm drill bit
Bottle of Vodka.
Step 5 - Put drill bit into power drill, start measuring to determine where the hole has to be drilled in the sheet metal of the car.
Step 6 - Have several shots of vodka...
Step 7 - Wakeup from vodka induced haze, call the dealership and schedule them to install the rest for you...
Voila!
PS - My car is at the dealer with them being installed right now :-)
