Hitch for Bicycle Rack - Where?
I'm looking for a 1.25 inch car hitch for my Bicycle Rack.
Anyone knows of a manufacturer making one for the C-Class?
Thanks.
Pierre

Although this may seem a little unorthodox, or cumbersome, you can always have a custom hitch made by most any automotive specialty or off-road shop. By utilizing the same techniques and material used to create custom chassis components and such, they can easily fabricate you a custom hitch to you liking and needs. You'll probably end up paying more, but ultimately end up with a one-off piece that'll probbaly be better / stronger than anything else you can get off the shelf...
As an example in cost, I had a custom red powder coated hitch created for a late model red MB SL for $500. The owner used it to tow around his jet ski. The hitch mounted (via a set of 6 bolts) up to the rear section of the chassis, and was 100% removable...
Just an idea if you can't find anyone who has one readily available...

Custom Made if I have no choice.
Yes, but this would be last resort. I guess some company should eventually do it, but who? and when?
