I took a hike to celebrate the 4th. A group of us do this same hike every year, this was our 3rd year running. It's the Snoquera Falls upper loop trail, 15 mile round trip, over 3000 ft of elevation gain. Took just under 10 hours today.
Saw plenty of mountain bikers but no other hikers. And while Seattle enjoyed sunshine, we had cloud, mist, and rain most of the way.
Great way to celebrate our independence, and to leave the car in the garage for the day!
