Yeah, if you're rich.

There are a bunch on ebay that are cheaper. Some come pre-primed, so you can do the final two steps at the dealer (paint, install) - and some come pre-painted, so you only have to do the install at the dealer (or you can do it yourself, most are peel-n-stick).

I can't attest to the quality of the ones on ebay - I'm quite curious myself.

this is insane? is there something special about the amg spoiler that i'm missing? all of the other easily accessible spoilers are going for $279-349 PAINTED with tape on them and a 5 minute install.

Doesn't sound like a good value to me...

I'd second everyone else and go aftermarket.

Nope..appears to be the same as the standard C350 truck lip spoiler. Sounds like in this case the seller is billing it as a C63 AMG spoiler to gain a little profit.

I have bought one painted spoiler for my 04 E320 before. The quality of the material, shape, paint is good. Usually you can also bargain a little by calling the seller directly. You can probably get one painted around $200, depends on the model.

Regarding installation. it's easy. but you got to remember 1 thing. Always use double side tape on all edges of the spoiler for 2 reasons.
1. to help stick to the trunk surface.
2. to prevent the glue from spreading everywhere!! (I messed up once and had to get my truck re-finished)
you don't want the tape to be too thick, you will see a gap and the tape. you don't want it too thin either, that way you can keep the glue inside the tape.
For Glue, you just use the silicon glue. This is a 10 min job that you can do on your own. hope this helps.

Like eveyone has said, that is a bad deal.
Order your spoiler from ForMyMercedes.com (look for Jerry) for just $299.00 painted.

Recently ordered a rear spoiler for my friend who bought a C230. He is very happy with Jerry's spoiler; paint match was perfect.
