I'm not sure about the $250 a knob...

But, can I order the manual version in the US? I prefer that one.

I guess I've gotta contact my local dealer.

Awe man. That would be nice. Can you get a photo of the tinted rear lights?

Sorry to go off topic.

I think you can order it by your dealer...

Does every W204 comes with the AMG packages in the US??

Because that's the problem, if you have the AMG package, you have the silver plastic knob.

So you have to order a knob from a car without the AMG package.....

however i still REALLY want the euro console anyone know who i can contact ?
I hope I'm not breaking any rules but at benzworlddotorg (change dot for . ) in the w204 forum search for "console info request" I would post a direct link but I am sure thats is a no no. Hope this helps.

C63 shift knob is silver/leather...I was looking into this one but decided I'd live with the one I have for the time being seeing how mines an auto and my hand only touches it twice, once when I take off and once when I park.

I noticed that the Brabus gearshift lever for the W204 has part number 171-817-00

The first 3 numbers indicates the model, so it starts with 171, thats a SLK.
So the shift knob fit's much more models..... may be you can find one second hand for a better price..... because $ 250 is too much... they are

If you google the part number, you see on which models it fit's

There's a Brabus on EBAY for $200

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BRABU...3286.m14.l1318

Just for the info

Another one in Germany
http://cgi.ebay.de/Schaltsack-mit-Sc...QQcmdZViewItem

You can ask the seller if he can send with ups to the US.

The Brabus comes with decals for auto or stick. Will it have the correct 6 spd shift pattern?

Pics of the Brabus shift knob with 6-speed sticker on? Is it black with yellow pattern, in keeping with the Brabus theme? That'd be kinda cool.

B200T 2007, C300 4MATIC 2009
For the 2009 Canadian Sport models there is the following description:

Code 280 Description Leather Covered Steering Wheel & Shift Knob

Was it the same description in 2008?
Or will I have the leather version in my 2009?....
