I think you can order it by your dealer...
Does every W204 comes with the AMG packages in the US??
Because that's the problem, if you have the AMG package, you have the silver plastic knob.
So you have to order a knob from a car without the AMG package.....

The lux in the US comes standard with a auto, i dont think you can get it in manual correct ?, however the knob in the sport with auto comes with a leather shift knob with the star (no shift pattern) , but according to the dealer its a shifter assy. and quite pricey.

C63 shift knob is silver/leather...I was looking into this one but decided I'd live with the one I have for the time being seeing how mines an auto and my hand only touches it twice, once when I take off and once when I park.

The first 3 numbers indicates the model, so it starts with 171, thats a SLK.
So the shift knob fit's much more models..... may be you can find one second hand for a better price..... because $ 250 is too much... they are

Pics of the Brabus shift knob with 6-speed sticker on? Is it black with yellow pattern, in keeping with the Brabus theme? That'd be kinda cool.
