Anyone have any experiences with a good car cover?

I owned 2 car covers before. Trust me.. after awhile, you get lazy.
i know what you mean
I worked at Volvo before
they asked me to do the car cover for a car due to the customer can't pick it up the night, omg, it is a pain in the ***, packing it opening it figuring which side is which, you will get tired of it

But hey, I'll get one regardless, I just wanted to know if anyone had any experiences good or bad with different manufacturers!

Our car is always covered overnight, except if parked outside on road trips when rain is forecast. At all other times, the car is kept clean enough so the cover is routinely used.
We live in a condo with a secured underground garage that is open to the elements at both ends, so the cover is, for me, simply a requirement, not an option. I have had covers for all our cars since 1995 or so, and it's just routine for me to use the cover whenever we are leaving the car overnight - hotel garages, motel parking lots, wherever.
This means the car has to be kept clean, but that's routine for me - on long trips, we always wash the car after a day of picking up bugs and road grit, unless it's raining or about to rain.
1. Buy a fitted cover (helps keep it on the car)
2. Buy a cover made from a breathable fabric (least likely to trap moisture)
3. Regardless of whether you'll be using it indoors or outdoors, look for a lightweight cover (easier to install/remove, store and launder)
I've been using covers for nearly 30 years and the Covercraft Weathershield cover has all these features. www.AutoAnything.com has a good selection of car covers.
One more thing to keep in mind, when using the cover, the car needs to be clean. For obvious reasons, movement of the cover in contact with dirt and grit on the paint will promote abrasion.

Covers are not for the folks who don't have the time or energy to keep the car clean.
MB's covers are made from the same material Covercraft uses - lots of sources for the fitted cover if you're serious about this.
And I should add, really windy conditions [over 30 mph] are another occasion when I will skip putting on the cover - a fitted cover is tight, but heavy winds can cause more harm than good. Same with heavy rain - a rainy forecast calls for leaving the cover off.
And as noted above, bird poop is another good reason for a cover - our condo garage also gets its share of flying visitors, who like to perch [and even build nests] on the sprinkler pipes.
I bought the Covercraft one, however I shopped around and found it for $40 less. $205 with the bag. Thanks, I'll let you know what I think of it when I get it.
