C300 intakes

Posting for those who might be interested.

Not bad lookin, and fairly inexpensive. I'm thinking about getting them, but I know the factory intakes are good already. This would mostly be for some more growl (if that) and looks. Possibly some fuel economy.

I know somone is bound to say they're garbage/cheap. I've noticed how some people on the board are. If that's your response keep it to yourself. I'm only posting this as a find for people who might have been looking for something like it. Thanks.

Intake

Yea I'm also thinking about getting it. Mainly for the "looks" and the sound.

there is already a long thread discussion about this item "RAM filter".
based on the "experts" opinion, this thing will actually cause power loss instead of gain. I email the Ebay seller asking for some information on the company that makes the part and documents on the actual horsepower increase, he couldn't really provide them and only said that the item is make by RAM FILTER, which i couldn't find any information on the web, and also said it will "help".
so.... i am not sure about this item. looking good is one thing... but if it actually lower the performance of the car..

I'd more interested in MPG increase than HP increase. But a decrease in either one would turn me off of it.
