Well, to answear your question, I bought OEM steering wheel from Ebay but that shop closed after I got my wheel, I have no idea what's going on.

C63 OEM steering wheel $635 (including shipping)
C63 Airbag $1143 from MB dealer (In US you can get it much cheaper)
CF + Nappa $800

Total $2578

The problem is the airbag, C63 uses smaller airbag.
To save money you better use your C300(C350) 3 spoke one to modify.

They have four spoke(Euro spec) for sell but no 3 spoke at moment, I am thinking to sell mine OEM one if anyone is interested.

Yea they don't sell the C63 Steering Wheel's on ebay anymore. But they were a good deal for sure.
