Hey Guys
So I have had my c350 for about 2.5 weeks now. I just got my tint done the other day so as me and my brother were driving today i decided to put my windows down and everything went fine, then i attempted to open my sunroof and nothing happened. So i got very scared pulled over to the nearest parking lost and attempted it again but this time it worked..but now the problem I ham having is when I attempt to close the sun roof it moves about .5 an inch at a time and it sounds like the motor is having troubles. I am planning on calling the dealer tomorrow for appt., my question was if anyone has had a problem like this or similar to it and if so can you please tell me what was wrong with you sunroof and/or what they did to fix this problem for you. Thanks

same problem happened to me a few days ago. i think it's a very common problem that happened to a lot of people. easy fix. just take it back to the dealer. they can reprogramm the computer. takes 20 mins to do.
