Sub Install?

Hey i haven't got around to even look at putting my subs in, however has anyone done it yet? care to shed some light

There are a couple people who have already done it. All you need is a rca pac, amp, amp wiring kit, and subs.

Unless you want to go with an aftermarket headunit like me just get a headunit, find a local audio shop that is trusted..., let them make a custom face for the screen and wire it up to your car

So far I did both but I love my aftermarket screen cause it sounds soo much better than any w204 with any rca pac

ok ya i already have a head unit, amp, subs and RE-Q from my old car, i would like to keep the screen and functions from OEM head unit however is there a wiring diagram that shows me where i can tap into the stock amp with?

I don't think the non mm c class has a factory amp

Do you have the MM H/K sound system. I have been looking at adding a sub as well. The amp in the MM ison the left of the trunk where the safety kit is. Just pull the panel and look in, you will see the air sinks.

Using a High to Low signal converter, could tap the sub speaker wire then route to the new amp and on to the sub. Also would be helpful to have a gain control knob close to the drivers seat to turn up the base without touching the volume on the head unit.
