C300 - bluetooth

I have been having problems with connecting my phone (Blackberry curve 8310). When I connect the phone to the MB Bluetooth, it disconnects the car audio completely. So when I am not on a call, i cannot listen to the audio at all. Has anyone encountered this problem, and how can I address?

Hey, No sorry cant say I have, i also use a 8310 and have no real issues, sometimes it will cial but no audio comes through the car system but that gets resolved by resetting the blackberry.

Has that been like that since you received the car? i would delete the "relationship" between the rim and the car and start over. if that fails go to your dealer, they should be able to figure it out

If you encounter that problem again to resolve it just Turn your phone off then back on. Solved!

i've disabled and re-enabled the relationship/pairing with the BB and the car several times, in addition to resetting the phone. Problem still persists... very annoying.

thanks for the tips, but i have tried them all so far. it hasn't been like that since I got the car 10 months ago... just started happenind in the past month or so.

I had a similar problem. It seems that sometimes when the phone connects to the MB bluetooth, MB thinks that there is a call in progress, hence the audio is muted and the linguatronic system goes quiet. Switching my phone off and then on seems to fix the problem.

I'm not sure if it is MB that is misreading the phone bluetooth or the phone bluetooth gets itself into a knot.
