Since you save tax and they are $100 cheaper than the dealer, you end up saving about $160 off what dealers around me have quoted.
These are the OEM ones and are shipped from an online OEM parts distributer that works from a Mercedes dealership.

if your going OEM, no rear sill light up is correct... not much room at all for any illuminated sill or mercedes benz name plate on the rear if you ask me anyway, take a look at the rear door sills and you will see that if they were to be illuminated with the same full script, it would have to be all shrunken and condensed, which might look kinda weird...
i am guessing mercedes did not make the rear illuminated door sills for a reason...
anybody who is a long time mercedes Veteran know if they have ever had OEM rear illuminated sills on ANY previous models?

OEM illuminated door stills
The best priced I've found on the illuminated sills for front doors, is just under $380.00. Four piece that ALL LIGHT UP , front & back for....just under $700.00!!! ALL OEM!!!
