Hey Spec Davis...wht are your wheel/tire specs? Is there enough room to go even lower so the fender is over the wheel/tire?
Just trying to see if springs or coilovers and I was looking into the D2s

w204, 11' RR Sport,
I have looked over this thread 100 times and I still can't decide what springs to go with. I have a 09 Sport and want to lower it but I dont want to comprimise the ride quality. I debating between the Eibach's and H&R Sport. What would you guys recommend?

WHAT'S NEXT?
I am in the same dilemma.
either H&R Sports or Eibach Pro.
I dont want to lower it too much but is it even worth it since you cant really tell the difference?

Anybody running the Bilstein HD Struts/Shocks with any lowering springs?
A relative comparison to stock ride quality would be appreciated. My friend ran Bilstein HD's with HR's on his E36 M3 and said it was stiffer than he'd like but I'm sure it will be different from application to application.

sooooooooooo.... still thinking about eibach pros more than a yr later.... lol...
QUESTION: With the stock 18" AMG wheels, can anyone recommend if I need a spacer or do I just need the eibach pro kit and once I just install it with everything it comes with, it will look its best???
can anyone tell me from experience with eibach pro springs and 18" stock amg wheels, what is the best combo of springs and spacers (if necessary) to make it look the best?!?
thanks in advance!

I am installing coilovers this spring (if I ever get time). I am running 5mm rear spacers. I tried 10mm, but they were too wide and the tires would rub the fender lip if the springs were compressed enough. I have noticed that the stock contis are wider than the P Zero Neros.

I thought the pads were only needed with lowering spring setups. Can't you just adjust the coilovers to give you the proper look? Am I missing something?
I'm considering coilovers too but the more i look at the cost, the more i keep leaning towards springs w/ 5mm pad (on a lux).

Installed H&R supersport and gave it a nice drop, these pics were taken the day after. It has dropped even more since then. SuperSport or coilovers the way to go
Check the thread I made a few weeks ago.
