I just bought the OEM c63 diffuser and figure I can just pop these on in place of my existing single tips?
I have a feeling its not that easy though??
Would I be losing any performance If I strictly changed the tips?
TIA for helpful answers

I'm concerned should you buy that part from ebay;
that you'll have your exhaust tips placed lower to the ground.
may look more like your dragging them, rather than flush to the frame.

You'd have to cut the flares off of the ends of the OE tailpipes and there would likely be some pipe adding and bending involved.
Also, it looks like the connector pipe allows the exhaust to exit to the ground and not out through the tips. That would look odd in the winter and the inside of the tips would never turn black. Though the bottoms would.
