what are the correct mesurments and does the quality matter in the prices?

 

if you are in LA just got to AAA. they'll know what to do. you can either custom one or use a magnaflow stamped one like mine.

i dont want to put a exhaust right now so i am doing it for the sound to get louder and the air to flow much better

Does the X-pipe simply replace the H crossover on the C or does is replace any type of resonator or muffler? With just the X-pipe and no other mods, is the sound pretty close to stock? louder? deeper? cruising vs full throtte?

the x-pipe replaces the resonator, its rite behind the double cats we have.. at idle the sound is the same, when you get to like 3000 rpm or above you start to hear it. its a little bit of a deeper raspy sound. at 1st i didnt like it but it grew on me, its not that loud just rite. i was afraid it was gonna give me that annoying honda civic sound but it didnt. we still have the mufflers at the end of our exhausts to keep quiet.

 

You pegged my fears exactly with the Honda Civic comment...I would like a nice solid sound that really only makes itself noticed when I get on it pretty hard. Thanks

man ****inn pigs impounded my car last week i was driving with a expired license i didnt no it was expired i got the car bak same day but i cant drive anymore until i renew it and dmv said after you go to court then we will its a 30 day period of time that it has to pass so i cant drive my car to take it to the shop to make the x-pipe happen, but i am gonna make someone drive there i think bigining of november i will have it done i will keep u guys posted up

I lease my car, is this still possible to do ? Or will they be upset when I return the car ? A local guy had this done, and really sounds good.

 

as far as i know i think you can put the resonator back on but i heard that from someone dont know if its true or not

Ebay has better X-pipes than the magnaflows, The E55 guys now use the Ebay stainless ones, they are smoother, stainless steel and half the price of magnaflows....
