I know from history on this and other forums that these threads go down like someone taking a hammer to a brand new Mercedes-Benz.
Nevertheless, I don't really understand why.
I would also love to know the demographics of W204s buyers to see, if I am average, or poorer (haha) than the average owner. It's just interesting to see, and it gives you an idea of what the dealerships might think of us, if we're a particularly low income W204 buyer, or not.
So I understand everyone's hesitation, but I say don't give the thread starter too hard of a time. It is an interesting question IMHO.

Maybe use a half-log scale:
Income ranges:
0-10,000
10,001-50,000
50,001-100,000
100,001-500,000
500,001-1,000,000
and, of course: 1,000,001+
