Does the spare tire have TPMS?

Does the spare tire have TPMS?
I have a message when I turn off my car to check my tire pressure. I checked my tires and 3 of the tires are 34lbs and the other 32lbs. I don't think that 32lbs will trigger the alert. I am wondering it the alert is caused by my spare tire. I got my car in July and haven't check the tire pressure on the spare at all.
