Feeler: Brabus shift Knob

Hi all,
I'm thinking of selling my Brabus shift knob

I took my car in for warranty repair, The leather shift boot stitching was coming loose and they changed it out but put my stock knob back in.

This is only a feeler as I may reinstall it.

it is illiuminated and has switchable knob tops like the Brabus B and the five and six speed inserts as well.

It may fit other models of MB as well as the automatic but i'm not sure.

my original purchase price was 198 Euro plus install.

I would like 195 Dollars shipped in the US

pics to follow.

Shawn

Hey, please post some pics when you can, I'm interested. How does it get illuminated, (where does the power come from?)

I'm not certain where the power comes from, the dealer did the install but it has the black and red leads and they are pretty long.

Nicer than stock for sure. How heavy is it compared to the stock manual shift knob?

god damn Brabus got cheap. the leather part used to be Suede on the knob.

I had it in my C32 before I went all Carlsson.

here's a pic. the shiftknob is pretty heavy btw, due to full aluminum lower part.

Glad i was still able to get the suede one..

OT: Does anybody know what kind of LED should i use to replace the original ones in the brabus shift knob? Mine went out, and I dont know which one to get.

Thanks FrankW.

Looks good.

Do they still have the suede one or is it just leather wrap now?

I checked on my old box. the part number is the same as above, so they probably only have the leather one now.
