Those that have dogs in here please...

Any ideas/recommendations on any products I can use for the back seat to prevent scratches and hair from getting everywhere when I let my pooch in the back? I saw a canopy type thing but I don't think that will work given the kind of front seats in my C63. Thanks for any input....

I have used a large fleece blanket or bath towel and tuck the edges into seat crevaces to prevent it from moving around.

If you have a larger dog and want full coverage you could get a custom rear seat cover with a seat back protector:

No wife....haha. Just a girlfriend....and that is usually the car the dog goes in...but on my off days, I like to take my pup to the park...that's why I sold the SLK and got the C63 (one of the many reasons, haha)...

That cover looks great but I don't see a price aowhaus...have you bought one?

no, I just use a large thick towel.

If you select your year and model it will show you the price, it's pretty pricey though. $289 for the rear seat cover and $89 for the seat back protector.

When I entered in a 2009 C63 or C350, it said that prduct is not availlable for my car. Do you happen to know if it actually available then? Have you seen this in a new C-class?

try entering 2008 C300 or C350, the seat design of the 2008 and 2009 are identical.

I usually just dump a bunch of towels in my car. I rarely take my dogs for a drive though... one of them gets carsick very easily and throws up a lot.

We have a 4 1/2 month old Labrador & we have bought a vinyl covered polyester hammock seat protector . The doors are also protected & one end unzips for easy entry /exit. It is supported by both the front & rear seat headrests. It is well designed & constructed & should last many years.
