Unhappy MP3 CD problems

I was playing an mp3 cd earlier today and all of the sudden a humming sound came through the speakers and the MM display showed it scrollling through all of the songs on the disc. I can still play regular CD's and DVD's but no mp3 cd's. Has anyone else had this problem? If so is it a quick fix or should i schedule an appointment for a tech to look at it?

Hmm. Being only a little facetious and expecting the system to be running Windows CE, maybe you need to reboot!

2009 c230
Hi All:
New at this. Hope someone can help. Just got a 2009 C230. I plugged my ITouch to the aux jack located in the glove compartment. Selected "DISC" and nothing happens. No sound, it does not show me the playlist either. Wonder what I am doing wrong. Read the manual but it was not much help. Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,
Yawney2

There's a DISC mode and an AUX mode when you press disc (press twice). You have to use the AUX mode for it to work. Since it's only an auxiliary 3.5 mm socket, the car won't show you the playlist. You'll need the iPod integration for that.
