For the eyelids, when driving it can get so dim that you thought the light was offed. When just standing there and staring at it it is bright. Just like what you see in the video in my earlier post.
ctgilles:
Yeah, I covered it with some heat resistant wire wrapping. I left the resistors in the low beam compartment since it's all connected inside the headlamp housing. The colour of my LEDs now are like you said, greener than the blue-ish plug-n-play LEDs. haha. No perfect white attainable, really.

When I placed mine into my 2008 C350, they were not flickering and I was happy. Once the car had been driven for a while, and the lights turned on when entering my garage, they were flickering. I believe this is an issue to do with heat since when I put the LEDs into the sockets, they were in there tight (I even crimped the housing prior to inserting them in to make sure they wouldn't slip out). When I removed the LEDs, they (or the housing) was hot. In addition, I had the same color concern as the others, they appeared to be too blue - looked too odd for me, so I switched back.

Hey saffron, if you notice it would look pure white in the day under the sunlight. But at night it would look blue-er and brighter. However, flickering is still the problem. I need to really get it to work or my extras would be wasted. Really.

Got mine and put them in yesterday. Can not tell about the flickering since I am driving. It does look really blue-ish maybe because of the housing color as mentioned by someone else. I did notice that it was not as bright sometimes. Will try to look at it more at night.

I have not experiencing any flickering tonight. I also don't get the dimming part when my engine is on vs. off. Maybe I am not driving enuf during night time. My tongiht was mainly around dusk timeframe.
Anyone tested these LEDs?

They seem to have built in resistors but $$.

I currently have the ECS LEDs on order (am reselling them because they are too expensive) just for testing. And also an eBay 25-LED dome, will report on them all.
I am glad that your LEDs work fine, so did mine. Maybe it's down to the cars being unique? LEDs are very touchy... Or colder weather? Just glad that it's not all bad news.

Nope TB5...
The title says LED eyelid bulbs without error means no error of bulb blown shown in the on-board computer. It's indeed not showing any error even with flickering or not.

Built in resistor? I think not... (The resistor that you see in the base is just to get the right voltage to the LED, and not a power resistor)

My car was build in late 07 and I have no errors or flickering at all. My only problem is it's too blueish for my taste. I have 3 extra pairs, let me know if any of you're interested.

Hi eugenemon, I'm from Singapore too!
Just wanna check, if I don't mind the flickering and dimming, will the heat from the LEDs do any harm to the car (wirings, housings, etc)? I've ordered mine for both the eye lids and rear license plate but have not received them yet.
