Can RFT be used on the AMG 18in Style 4 rims?

I was wondering, can the Bridgestone RE050A Run Flat tires be used on the AMG 18in Style 4 rims? In between work and where I live is a pretty bad area and getting a flat there would be an absolute nightmare. Was wondering if RFTs would work. I know the ride would suffer but I'm looking for the peace of mind over anything else.

Thanks!

Any rim can take RFT. It's usually the suspension that's "adjusted" to counteract the stiffer walls.

Thanks! Then I'll rephrase my question, can the W204 C take run flat tires with no problems?

Well, the suspension on cars with runflat tires from the factory (ie BMW), is tuned to work with the rock solid sidewalls and heavy weight of the tires. Mercedes weren't designed for that....run flat tires are much heavier than regular tires and have no sidewall flex. So, the ride and handling of your car will definitely suffer. So will the suspension wear.

I thought all Mercs had it as standard (RFT)? My wintertyres are non-RFT and the softness is addictive but doesn't impact handling.
But I think that using RFT on a non-RFT designed car may have a severe impact on ride quality
