Rear Camera and Video Aux function...
As posted by others, via the Engineering Menu you can activate the Rear Camera and also the Video Aux. There is also an option where if you set Navigation to "Not Installed" and then you can select (no longer greyed out) the option Navigation Retrofit can be set to "Installed". When doing this, the Navigation menu on the Comand screen dissappears, but when you press the Navi button on the Comand the screen changes like the Video Aux screen - apparently uses the Video Aux function.
One question is when you set Navigation Retrofit, there are 3 options: Installed FKAB, Installed Y/C, and Installed RGB. This means that you can install an external Navigation unit via FKAB (which must be the FAKRA Video Aux port), but how do you install to use Installed RGB and Y/C? Obviously RGB connection would be better quality, but I'm not aware of any other empty input slots on the back of the Comand unit.
Is anyone aware of RGB input on the back of the Comand unit? Perhaps there are RGB pins within the main connector? Maybe Rob from Midcity can help with this...

When you do this, would it still be active when you are driving? This would render the VIM module unneccissary for people just looking for Video aux as you can use navi while driving.
