Your rolling radii is going to be off compared to stock.

This reference source will be most helpful in your research (pay attention to page 2):

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
If your car started with the 17" AMG wheels then your tires are 225/45-17 (F) and 245/40-17 (R). The overall diameter of each of your front tires is 25.1" and each of the rear tires is 24.84". With the 19" set, the overall diameter of each of your front tires is 25.86" and the overall diameter of each rear tire is 25.6".

The overall diameter of each of the new front tires is 3/4" (.76") more than the OE tires.

The overall diameter of each of the new rear tires is also 3/4" (.76") more than the OE tires.

Rick Hunter is right.

That difference in overall diameter may cause your speedometer to read inaccurately, may slightly change your gearing and may give you slightly better gas mileage. Your call will sit higher, but the fender gap will be smaller.

As for the width, you may get some rubbing. You should install the tires and take some measurements. Lay a ruler vertically against the outer-most edge of the sidewall and extend it to the fender. If the ruler goes inside the fender without touching the fender lip, you should be okay. If the ruler touches the fender lip or passes outside the fender lip, the tires are likely to rub the fenders if the suspension is compressed to that point.

I hope I didn't confuse you. It seems so clear in my head.
