questions from a new C300 owner

Apologies if these were asked/answered before...

I got the ipod kit, no UMI or MM package... Is there an adapter I can buy to be able to plug in a USB stick?

Also, for some reason, the built-in bluetooth does not download address book from my Samsung A737 phone. I used the bluetooth dongle from wireless4mb on my e350 before, and that same phone used to sync just fine.

Thanks in advance.
