I weighed the C63 AMG 5-Spokes with stock Pirelli Tires and they came out to 50lbs plus some change.

19" V16 > 18" C63 5-spoke > 18" split spoke.

I have the C63 5-spoke. I love'em. no cleaning the wheels for weeks. LOL

FrankW, when you got your car did you order yours with the 18" or 17"? If you started with the 17", I'm curious to know if you noticed any changes in driving characteristics when you went to the 18" C63 wheels.

The difference could/should be negligible but it has me wondering. The tires are wider all around - so better traction/cornering, however with wider rims and tires it has to add to the unsprung weight which could hinder acceleration and make it feel less nimble.

i had the 17's.

there's no difference in ride quality. The 18" C63 with PZero combo weights around the same as the 17" with those crappy Conti or Michelin touring tires. The car drives a lot better with less understeer with the 63's front setup.

The wider front tires make a big difference.

Can someone help answer this question for 91RS concerning my 18" C63 wheels for sale -

"Do you know if I would need to have any spacer for these to work on an 06 C230?"

Thanks
