C220d Estate Avantgarde, Obsidium black, command, factory tint. MB CLK240 Iolith Blue / Pebble-Gone
Great interior, i think its the sahara beige / black interior which over here you can only get on the avantgard (sports). Better than the grey / black interior given the dash on the grey looks patchy to me being half black and the other half grey. have you tinted the side glass?? and the front windscreen looks a bit blue - is that the heat reduction screen.
actually, i didnt know the split sahara beige / black would work with palladium and i really wanted that interior so i am waiting for my obsidium black / sahara beight/black interior but in an estate. having seen these pics the palladium interior combo does work and works very very well. Looks magic in the sunlight. great looking car!! congrats.
was that on the floor. i figure you ordered it and had to wait for delivery.

Hi guys, I didn't order it, I didn't even know I was going to end up with another C.
As you know recession is quite hard everywhere, but for foreing countries with an upside down exchange rate gets even worse. With some money in the bank shrinking by the minute I decided to buy some stuff I may need in the short future. I started with a PU, I almost commit to a Lariat F150, despite having a good price, the situation was not that advanteageous, then I was at the mall looking for some stuff, with no luck decided to retreive, but my parking ticket had 3 minutes left free, I knew I couln't make it to the exit in 3 minutes and decided to wait and head to Starbucks. On my way there I saw the new GLK and decided to stop and get a look. While there I notice the exchange rate was 11.50 for the GLK yet the market was 14.50. The next day, Thursday I showed up to the dealer and they had a 10.90 exchange rate on the C's and the dollar claiming beyond the 15.00 point decided to close right there. On the floor were about 12 cars to choose from and online probably more than 70. From the floor I picked this one, got a one grand discount and got it Tuesday. At Tuesdays exchange rate I got the car for $32k drive out where MSRP is $46.
I will get the PU on a later note, under my own terms, and most likely the new Tundra 2010.
For now I retired the '99 E after a good 10 years of service...
