New C300 Driver

A bit of info about the car and myself.
The car is a 2008 C300 Sport 4Matic, with a black finish. It features the Premium 1 package, Multimedia package, and iPod Integration package. Everything is stock at this point.
As for myself, I'm probably one of the younger C drivers on these forums. I'm 17 years old, and this is my first car that actually belongs to me. Before this I traded off between driving my mother's R320 CDI and my father's Jeep. This is a great transition for me because I love the low to the road feel I get from this car. It is also a lot quieter, handles much better, and except for my mother's CDI, the milage is pretty nice.
The reason I wanted to make this thread was also to ask all of you more experienced drivers, do you have any tips for a novice like me? What secrets do I need to know about this car?
Thank you for all your help, and I hope I can learn something from all of you to better experience my new car. Thanks.
As for mods, the basic ones everyone else makes....sidemarkers and painted grille. From there, it's all personal taste.

Good advice...how about something simple but effective...don't run into anything!!

I've been looking at some of the mods many of you have done to your cars, they look really nice! Only problem for me is I have little to no experience working on cars, and the costs are also not very attractive to someone of my age haha. So with that said I'm wondering, what are some cheap and easy to do mods for the car? I love the way the car looks now but if I can give it a but more individuality that'd be awesome. Thanks again.

My advice would be take it slow and think twice. You're in a nice car so don't feel like you need to race at every stop light or drive fast to be cool, your car is pretty cool so let that do the talking for now.
Enjoy!
I kind of have been given unlimited use of a 2008 C Class CDI 220.
Will drivers experienced in this model please tell me what I need to know about this fabulous vehicle in terms of features etc as it did not come with a handbook. The only problem seems to be the front right sport light/spot that blinks every now and then.
Looking forward to your replies.

lolz.
